- Patient Registration on DDSSY Portal
- The process starts by registering the patient on the portal using their renewed DDSSY card.
- Once the registration is complete a CCN number is generated.
- Preauthorisation process
- Patient’s details are filled up on the portal (with proper procedure and its package code).
- Preauth form is generated on which patient signature is taken)
- Supporting reports of the patient & doctors covering Letter is scanned and uploaded on the portal.
- Approval
- Once the case is approved, patients name along with the CNN Number is reflected under “preauth approved” section.
- Discharge
- Discharge summary along with all post procedure reports are scanned and uploaded on the portal.
- Discharge details are filled on the portal and a discharge letter is generated. Claimant signature is taken on this along with Patients feedback form, satisfaction form and declaration form.
- All these documents are scanned & uploaded on the portal at the time of discharge.
- After thorough verification of all uploaded documents, the case gets settled.
